The terms and conditions established by Hotel Pura Vida apply to all bookings made through our website or other media. HOTEL PURA VIDA SC is a company registered in Spain (CIF: J26472878) with registered office at c/ Real 7, 26288 Valgañón, La Rioja, Spain.
All prices displayed online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the current applicable rate and local tourism levies, if applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, prices do not include any incidental charges you may incur during your stay (including, for example, use of the bar and mini-bar, hotel facilities and costs of external phone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with us you irrevocably authorize us to debit your credit or debit card (see “Deposits and Pre- payments” below) the amount of any shortfall. The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
The availability of rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.
Children under 3 years of age can stay free of charge at our hotel when sharing a room with two paying adults and if a suitable room is available. Children of all ages may stay at our hotel. Children under 12 years of age can stay for EUR 25 per person per night and using existing bedding. Children under 2 years of age may stay free of charge in cots. Maximum number of extra beds/cots per room: 1. There are a limited number of free cots on request. Children aged 3-12 will be charged a supplement per child per night for bed and breakfast. Children under 10 staying at the hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and sometimes portable beds will be used when this type of accommodation requested. The hotel will determine whether a room is suitable for the purpose of this offer.
GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY:
The hotel strives to offer the same high quality services to our less able bodied guests, even though we do not have specially adapted rooms. We have ramps and lifts in common areas. Please check in advance with the hotel if you have any special requirements. We will endeavour to accommodate your wishes.
Guests are requested to behave appropriately. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests and hotel staff and respect the proper functioning, furnishings and amenities. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services if we believe that such action is necessary. Whenever this is the case, you will not be oblige to refund you for lost accommodation or other services.
Smoking in rooms and common areas is completely forbidden. However, we have adapted an outdoor patio for smokers.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Pursuant to current legislation, at the time of check-in, all guests of legal age must identify themselves by presenting their identity card, passport, driving license or other appropriate legal documents. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and will be made available for inspection by any police officer or as required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crimes. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who do not provide the above information. We will do our best to have the hotel rooms available from 14:00 h on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated as part of the conditions of your booking.
DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENTS:
To formalize and secure a booking, it is obligatory to provide a valid debit or credit card number with the expiry date. We will not charge your credit or debit card in advance at the time of confirmation, unless you request pre-payment for your own booking or if you inform us that you wish to prepay the booking because you are making the booking on behalf of another person. The hotel may ask for deposits for group bookings or long stays. See the next section “Cancellations and modifications” for details of conditions. We accept credit cards, including MasterCard and Visa. To make a pre-payment via bank transfer, we will provide our bank account details and request proof of transfer. We accept cheques, money orders and drafts deposited in the our bank account.
CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
– To avoid cancellation fees of 100%, you must cancel or change your booking no later than 48 hours prior to arrival. – In case of no-show, 100% of the total booking price will be charged. – In case of early check-out, you will be charged 100% of the total booking price. If you cancel or modify the booking up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If you cancel or modify the booking after this period or case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Experiences: – If you book an “experience”, you can cancel up to 15 days before the start of your stay and no cancellation fees will be charged. – In case of no-show, 100% of the total booking price will be charged. – In case of early check-out, you will be charged 100% of the total booking price. If you have questions about our cancellation/modification policy, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If you made your booking through a third-party website, you will need to contact that company directly, as we are not allowed to cancel, modify or change such bookings. Whilst we make every effort to fulfil any particular requests or preferences that you may have, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet them. Failure in this regard will not constitute a breach of contract. In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your booking, we reserve the right to do so. However, you are entitled to the following: – For us to offer you an alternative. – For the price never to exceed your original booking. – To cancel your booking and receive a full refund of any amount prepaid.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit account for any damage to your room or at the hotel during your stay (including specialist cleaning, if necessary) or any items that are missing when you leave.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
We take our guests’ satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotels must be made, in the first instance, to the hotel manager at the time of your stay so that we can try to resolve it immediately. Problems that cannot be resolved immediately must be notified by email to email@example.com.
